It’s a fender.... looks used
Came with multiple scratches. Some all the way through the paint and down to bare metal. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing if you’re looking for a new appearance, for a restoration. If you’re just going to beat it up, then the scratches wouldn’t matter to you.
