Thanks for shopping at VMC Chinese Parts. Your complete satisfaction with your purchase is our goal. However, we realize that returns are needed from time to time. We want to make your return process as easy as possible. Here is some information that will help you with your return.

Return request must be made within 30 days of originally receiving the item according to tracking information reflecting successful delivery.
You must return items in new or unused condition with ALL original packaging. New and unused condition means that there are no scratches, blemishes, marks or any other damage to the item. Item can not be altered in any way.
ALL returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Rear ATV axles are subject to a 50% restock fee.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns MUST have VMC Chinese Parts RMA # on the outside of the box.
Returns without order # will be refused.

Some items are non-returnable. These items include:

BATTERIES are not returnable.
Electrical parts [relays, fuel pumps, wiring harnesses, CDIs, stators, voltage regulators, rectifiers, ignitions, handlebar switches, ignition coils, etc.]
Body kits are not returnable
ANY and ALL installed items [bolted on, plugged in, or installed in any other way]
Any item that has had fuel in it.

Shopping for Chinese ATV Parts or Chinese Scooter Parts is a bit different than shopping for parts for a domestic or Japanese machine, for a couple of reasons. First, most Chinese machines are assembled with aftermarket parts; there are no OEM parts. Because Chinese machines are assembled with parts from a variety of manufacturers for the same application, even in the same model and model year, cross-referencing numbers stamped on the original part is usually not possible. Secondly, there is a bit of an "as is" attitude towards Chinese-built machines; there simply aren't model specific parts catalogs available. For those reasons, shopping for parts for a Chinese-built machine is largely a visual exercise: rather than ordering parts by make, model and production date, the best way to ensure that the part ordered is correct is to match the specifications of the parts.

At VMC Chinese Parts, our objective is to get you the right part, the first time, with thorough measurements and multiple images. In the event, however, that there is still uncertainty about a part's application, we encourage you to contact us, and be prepared to provide pictures and dimensions of the part in question.
