This is the baffle that screws in the performance muffler systems that we sell. It fits the GY6 50cc scooter muffler.
Baffle details:
- Aluminum
- 22.5mm long
- Outside diameter at threads: 29.6mm
- Knotched so you can use a quarter to help screw it in

The baffles were exactly like the original. I bought 2 so I could have a spare. The only problem I had was that even after using thread lock to keep it tight, it vibrated loose. Both baffles unscrewed themselves while i was riding and disappeared. Now I have to buy 2 more.

part is faulty or muffler is, it fell out while riding 2nd time could not find it in the dark, talked to someone same experience is riding without one,as for me I put back my stock muffler shame on you folk's give back my money,or and recall all nicecnc exhaust system's [defect in muffler thread's]
