Brand new complete exhaust assembly for the Tao Tao ATA125F1 atvs. Please check specs and pictures to help match your exhaust.
Exhaust details:
- Muffler is about 25.3cm (9.94 in) long and 88.6mm (3.5 in) in diameter
- Assembly is approximately 91.4cm (36.0 in) long measured straight across
- OD of pipe: 25mm (0.98 in)
- Pipe exits muffler at the center rear of muffler and continues straight for 2 inches
- Makes a slight turn and travels straight for another 4.5 inches
- Turns again and runs straight for 13.5 inches and then makes a 90° bend
- Straight for another 6 inches and then makes a U-turn to the flange
- Bolt holes on flange are 46.7mm (1.8 in) center-to-center apart
- There is a 1.5 in. * 2.75 in. bracket about 5.5 inches from the end of the muffler with elongated bolt hole for attachment
- Chrome end of muffler and spout with screen spark arrestor
- Exhaust has two heat shields on pipe covering about 16 inches
