One of the valve stems originally came with a broken cap. I sent VMC an email just to let them know, but also telling them that I wouldn’t need a replacement since I had a spare one. Regardless, VMC sent me a whole new valve stem and cap to my biggest surprise. Well done guys! What a great customer experience! Thanks.
